I mentioned bringing it back if it was not needed and at this stage there was no mention of their policy on not refunding individual tiles- they were happy to take the extra money. When it came time to return the tile- tough luck customer!

Also underfloor tile heating.
Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.Will discuss tile options to help with selection.
Excellent service.
