★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been dealing with Raymond since late last year re a product I had not used before. I had multiple questions over a number of phone calls and emails. Raymond has been fantastic to deal with from my first email to delivery of the product (once I had finally made up my mind) just this week. Nothing has been too much trouble, samples have arrived promptly, advice has been shared generously, he has been very patient with my queries and has provided a very high standard of all-round service. I am stoked with the product and looking forward to installing. Would highly recommend Raymond - he is a credit to this organisation.
