As a business owner, you need to respect a potential customer might think they’re ready, but after consulting with you, realize they haven’t considered a variety of components which might inform their decision.
Even if they have this realization early in their interactions with your team, it’s essential to be as helpful and transparent as possible.
People appreciate when customer service reps don’t lay on the hard sell from the get-go.
If your prospect isn’t ready, and you don’t pressure them prematurely, they will return to you when the time is right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 3x lots of corn nuggets, 2 scoop of chips, two hotdogs, two fish, chicken burger and a cheese which when I got there paid $31 got home only had 3 corn nuggets so called up they said they would fix it got back and asked I pay for them which is okay but claimed I paid for the original 3 only at a discounted rate. I did the math off of their menu not only was that not true but my order should have come to 25 something when I asked for my order slip the lady grabbed it and showed me my whole order and I said I have done the math and it doesn't add up this didn't help as she just refused it. So my advice have a calculator on hand with your order. Shame my mother spoke highly of this place, admittedly it did taste good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fish from this place is TOP NOTCH! Nice crispy batter and a chunky sized piece of fish. Much better than the flat and greasy fish from the place next door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were friendly and helpful. I had not been there before so was asking about some of the items for sale. They had sold out of blue cod so got Tarakihi (yum) and elephant fish. Chose gourmet burger patty and battered sausage for the second person. They give a guide on how many chips to order which was useful. They said they are going to open on Mondays soon so check the hours.
