β β β β β Phenomenal. Many car dealers can learn about this teams efficiency. Flew up to AKL to buy a car from another dealer ( EUROSPORT, an absolute USELESS bunch) that car was an utter POS. TITAN MOTORS came to collect us, from that dealer, we saw the alternate car we wanted, groomed it whilst we waited, put petrol in for us and we bought the car right there and then. Great service, great little car, very happy customers that will return when the time is right to buy another car.

β β β β β Good sale for me. I bought the car and traded it in after a month and they were very helpful especially "Fio". I purchased Toyota Prius and loving the car. Very easy to talk to and keeps he's promises before and after the sale. Will definitely buy from this yard again.

β β β β β Extremely disappointed in the outcome. Had paid a deposit on a vehicle to secure it for myself as i live in the south island and was organizing to come up and purchase the car on the spot once lock down had ended. Within a week of level 2 starting i contacted Fio to get the last few things sorted and then sort a time for me to fly up. Only to find out they had sold the car the previous week. Very gutted as i really wanted that specific car and as i had the money and had paid a deposit i was surprised to hear he had sold it to someone else.

β β β β β A total waste of time travelling from Massey to this yard.
Arranged to view a Volvo C30 they listed on TradeMe. Arrived and car was not ready, but that's OK.
Fifteen minutes later, car shows up and was told its presenting an error but would still be safe to test drive.
Took the car out and within a couple of metres, a horrendous knocking and quealing was noted up front. This continued throughout the test drive which was, needles to say, a short one.
Returned to yard and informed owner and expeditiously left.
Worst dealer experience I've had.

β β β β β The car we bought seemed to drive fine on the test drive. After we bought it, we noticed a shudder each time we took off. We took the car back to them and they said it seems fine. Itβs so bad we have to take it to Audi Continental to be looked at. Most of the time the remote wonβt open the car also which is a nuisance, especially when it is raining. Nothing wrong is their response once again. Beware of these people. They will take your money and then ignore anything you say to them. You have been warned.

β β β β β After spotting my dream car listed on Trademe my partner and I went in to check it out. Awesome customer service and professional throughout. Ken from Titan Motors helped us out and was extremely patient whilst awaiting the funds to be organised! Stayed in contact throughout and after a few days I was able to head back and drive off with my dream car in an awesome condition! Super happy and would easily come back to purchase another car through the team here at Titan Motors.

β β β β β We purchased a car from this garage, BIG MISTAKE. The car was filled up by us and the next day the engine management light came on. Straight back to the dealer who checked and said it was the HFP see how it goes. Next day light came on again and wouldn't start. The towed it back and said it was fine. I insisted they get a new fuel pump but they delayed and delayed but did after 5 weeks of us not having the car get one fitted. At the time of purchase there was a bit of trim missing. On the contract it said they will replace it. They have given me 2 dates for its arrival and guess what still not here and they refuse to make contact. I will be taking this further but don't trust them and don't buy a car from them is not worth the hassle

β β β β β DO NOT buy any car from this dealership, it's a pure waste of your time and money. They donβt care about their client and show zero professional attitude towards after sale service!
I bought a car from here on 19/03/2021. The car has 2 issues and it has not been fixed until now!
1. After I first full fueled it, I found the fuel gauge cannot reach the full point, and also cannot go to the empty point. You could find out from the first photo attached below. I was going to work as normal, the car was stopped moving on the road without any warning and cannot start again due to empty fuel, but the petrol light was just showed up on the dashboard, I cannot imagine what will happen if I was driving on the motorway. I have no idea why and what happened, so I had to call my insurance towing service and tow the car to this dealership and then being told that the car has no fuel.
I contacted this dealership and reported this issue immediately, it took over 2 weeks for them to check and I was being told the issue is because of the fuel sensor problem. After I picked up my car and fully filled the tank again, the petrol was leaking from underneath at the same time because they didnβt secure the fuel tank cap under the rear seats. You can see from the second and third photos attached below.
2. The brake feels like it has no braking power when I pressing the brake pedal harder, it will come up with some weird sound. The car is not showing any warning light on the dashboard, so it is not ABS working. It really makes me feel unsafe and anxious to drive.
I told them these two issues from the very beginning, and until now none of these issues have been properly fixed!!!
Lastly, the owner's attitude is so rude all the way, and makes me feel highly unrespected and nasty. Every time they book a time with me to bring the car over and pick up when fixed, they always find an excuse to drag the time. The very last time I visited them to pick up the car, they gave me a time to collect it, but when I arrived, they did not have the car ready on site, they even blamed it on me and asked me to pick up the car myself from the workshop. The car was messed up inside and very dusty outside.
