Michelle from Titan Trailers contacted me first thing Monday morning to advise of her upset and disappointment in the staff members responsible and assured me that this behavior will not be repeated. She was very supportive and understanding and listened to what I had to say. Since that morning no further issues have occured and the problem is now resolved. I would like to further state that the behaviour was occurring when neither herself or the site manager were present and that as soon as it became known it was dealt with accordingly. The behaviour presented by a few should not be associated with the general decency and professionalism of the team and products that the team build. In truth I will very likely be buying one of their trailers in the near future. They are a kiwi brand and one that deserves to be supported by kiwis. Cheers. Lee

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a trailer approximately 3 years ago, noticed that the axle was extremely pitted and rusted. I know there is an acceptable level of rust especially around the axle. Had it looked at by mechanic who believes it was excessive for the age. Contacted Titan by phone and emailed with photos etc. No response. Would not buy another.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Titan trailers sold me new trailer 2 years ago I phoned them today as the grease cap has fallen off one wheel I did not ask for warranty as it could have been knocked off the guy I spoke to on the phone said they may have one but was not going to look for a $5.00 part. The trailer is good but the service leaves a lot to be desired I run 5 trailers this is the first Titan trailer and I was more than happy with it so had decided to replace the other trailers with Titan as they came due to be replaced but after being told they couldn't be bothered looking for a $5.00 replacement part I will not be using Titan Trailers any longer
I now have a $2700.00 trailer that is unusable because they offer no after sales service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love my new Titan Trailer. I had been wanting to buy a trailer for over 12 months and spent may hours researching and checking out different trailer suppliers through out NZ. Every time Titan trailers came out tops. I drove down to Rotorua to purchased a 8 x 5 1500GMV trailer. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Seriously save the hassle of doing all the research I did on different brands etc and just contact these guys at Titan. You will not be disappointed. Strong well designed trailers that have little extras you don't get else where for the price like marker LED's Better tilt locks, Larger Jockey wheel, Better quality electrical wiring, Quality Galvanising, and all extra's included like spare wheel and 1 year rego and 3 years WOF. Thank you Titan trailers... highly recommended.
