Secretary looked for the email and then said a project engineer was assigned and has a message to call me back ....no call came so two days later rang again which went to voicemail . I left a message saying I had had no contact and that if they valued my business they should call me......no contact still.
Very very poor customer service , basic rule
Of business is to at least maintain communication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered 4 Flexible, Clear PVC Face Shields, they came on time but it was really overpriced for the quality and design, very basic!
It was a very simply design and you can't adjust for the head size!
The product wasn't what expected! And we never used it!
You can see the comment to my note that came 5 months later, my advice if you are looking to buy a face cover, go to the better a bit more expensive stuff!
