★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total Utter Shocking decisions, They have money grabbed so badly around the Pegasus town area,that at the same time they open a new playgound and "retail shops" facing away from the actual water, they then save a few bucks by not bothering to dredge the Lake, so it looks like a weed filed polluted, utter mess, that nobody wants to use!! What an absolute bunch of imbeciles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can only post this if I give one star to Todd Property, however in reality this company deserves -10 stars. They are currently building a new road as part of their Long Bay development. In doing this they have destroyed a public road designated second class rural as a result of up to 100 heavy truck passes per day over the last eight months. They have run rough shod over the local community, environment and the council, with no consultation with local residents. Do NOT believe anything this company promotes. Todd Property's only objective is to make as much money as they can. All their developments are devoid of any architectural thought and show no respect for the environment in which they are built. A previous reviewer indicated the company were headed by imbeciles. Maybe not, however they are extremely arrogant and think they can do as they please.
