★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered clothing from cotton on. Doesn't give you an option as to where you'd like package left. Have had one order left on the doorstep that faces the street (though there is a backdoor it could easily be accessed and placed at), and an order today the was left in the letterbox. Extremely unhappy as anyone could have seen it placed into the letterbox.
Excuse me if I'm incorrect, but unlike nz couriers I didn't receive email notifications of the status updates regarding the parcel. The only way I seen my package was delivered was to keep entering and checking that it arrived.
System seems to be outdated. And not the same level of care compared to other courier companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We made an urgent order and when we hadn't received it 5 days later we're told it still hadn't been picked up and they weren't sure why. They said they could have it delivered but we wouldn't receive it for another 5 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an oder of live plants being sent from Napier to Christchurch. Left on the Monday, arrived in Christchurch on the Wednesday. They should have delivered them the Thursday before Easter weekend but they didn't so the plants have sat at the depot all Easter weekend and will most probably be dead by now with no water for over a week. Plus the weather was pretty hot here in Christchurch over the Easter weekend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’d give them zero stars if I could, taken over a week to send something Wellington to Christchurch. They keep updating status “out for delivery” and “delivery attempted” when I know the recipient is working from home

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top notch service. We packed up 4 boxes and delivered it to the great team at reception in Christchurch to deliver our items to Wellington. The delivery which we are utterly astounded by got to us in Welly within 24hrs!! Great value too! OUTSTANDING service and the gentleman who served us from the reception desk in ChCh needs a payrise...he was superb! Made our experience that much better. Thank you team at TOLL! Highly recommend.
