★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good experience. Had a balance done due to vibration. Was still not right. Rang several times over a week but no-one answered the phone. Took vehicle back for them to check. They took it for a drive. told me it was not a balance issue but the steering rack. Checked with my mechanic and nothing is wrong with the steering rack. Took to another tyre shop to check balancing and all 4 tyres were out of balance. Will never go back as they clearly do not know what they are doing.

Provided additional services and options and picked up on a very poorly done alignment from another provider and remedied it. Very happy customer here :)
