★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a home off this company in Milldale, Orewa. Build quality is poor, cheap products used. A couple walls were not plum. The homes might look flashy, but when you take a closer look you can see shoddy and poor workmanship. I have heard from friends that they are unable to access the back of the home due to retaining wall being too close to the house. The owner is rude, and won't accept responsibility for work. Suggest anyone who is thinking of buying a Top Hill Home to look else where as this is surely a Bottom of the Hill home.
