โ โ โ โ โ The TopmaQ website is fantastic, but we really struggled with customer services, definitely not the best experience. I called the Auckland branch multiple times during the working week but no answer, all calls directed to head office and the young lady was not helpful at all. We wanted to purchase ten 33kw portable heaters for multiple sites but there were non to test in Auckland, all stock was in Christchurch. I suggested if they could send one to Auckland so we could test but that was too difficult. When we requested regulator specifications the lady said she will call back, but no return call, very frustrating.

โ โ โ โ โ Have bought a number of items from them and never been disappointed. Delivery very prompt. All are working well especially the battery brad nailer which has seen a ton of work. So nice to find one that didn't need gym work to lift it and at a reasonable price.

โ โ โ โ โ I would avoid. I purchased via Trademe, and chose the most appropriate shipping method ( North island, only other option was south island ).
Buyer refused to deliver without me paying a further $80, implied I chose the incorrect shipping option ( there was nothing else that was appropriate ) and communication very unpolite. Topmaq, your staff had set up the pricing incorrectly. I checked the only applicable option.
Then when I request a refund, they won't process it untill the item is returned to them. I made no error here, yet they want me to wear any and all their errors.
Atrocious customer service Tim. You should be ashamed.
Buyer, Beware.

โ โ โ โ โ Got a 250kg trolley from here to mount an electric log splitter on. Great service and very quick delivery. Did find there werenโt any instructions for assembly and a nut and bolt were missing but it was pretty straight forward to build and I had other nut and bolt that did the job just fine. Would happily trade again here.

โ โ โ โ โ Finally got our log splitter for a tractor attachment after the shipment was an extra week late. We chose this option given via the sales support in Hamilton to minimise this months spend, my partner was not impressed that it did not come with the hydraulic hoses which now has cost us additionally hundreds of dollars and has voided the plus side of this purchase. The product thus far is doing a great job though, just a shame the service is lacking.

โ โ โ โ โ Pretty good overall, a good range at good prices and customer service. Can be a bit slack with sticking to opening times and days. Been there on weekend when they are meant to be open and they are closed. Been there at opening times during week and weekend to find they are closed, the employees come flying in at 10 minutes past opening time and hurriedly opens the store. Went in one day and they were playing Melvins in the store which was cool , so if you like shopping for your tools with 1980s sludge metal blasting in the background this is probably the place for you.
