★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow !! service with a smile. This place is awesome. I never dealt with Dr Jake, he was off somewhere playing, So I was treated by Dr Kari. She is amazing ! so professional, hi tech, and painless. great team of girls there backing her up too. I can't believe I'm raving about a trip to the dentist , normally my least favourite thing but i can't wait to go back haha. go there.... you won't be dissapointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my mother had a very bad experience in this place!
my mother is at the age of 81,and is supposed to have her 3 teeth implanted in the Total Health Dentistry on 23/02/21.As an old-aged lady, she was very panic before the surgery. When she asked for the toilet, the Asian looking nurse just roughly pointed the toilet direction for her.my mother had not come back after 20 minutes until the chef of the next doored restaurant came in to say somebody had been locked out! The nurse had never told us the door is only for exit, and it will be locked automatically! what the worst was that when my mother complained about that, the nurse neither saying sorry nor explaining to us. The only words she said were "if you dont want to go ahead for the surgery, you can leave!" what a rude attitude!!!Everybody can imagine that if an old lady of 81 years old had been locked up in the dark space for 20 minutes, how terrified she would be! She would definitely be annoyed at the nurse never told her in advance! The nurse did not realize that only a few kind words can calm her down, so we will never come back to the Total Health Dentistry, moreover, I will tell everyone around us how bad your service is!
please keep in mind you are not the only one Dentistry we can go for!1!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lost a front tooth... it was a remnant of the British National Health Service of 1980... and the NZ school dental nurses of the 1960s. My teeth had been drilled to death at the "Murder House" as school dental clinics were known in the day. Semi-solved while on my OE... but 40 years later, alss no more. I searched for an affordable resolution. Jake's option won the day at under half the average offered price. I took up his "Grab-one" offer.... and a few months later... I can smile again without hesitation. The Cleetus look is over. Thankyou Jake for the excellent workmanship and great price.

Spoke to Dr Jake on the phone after seeing his deal on Grab one and he was flexible and willing to speak to us even after hours. Within a month or two I flew up to Auckland, from Christchurch and got four posts placed inside my gums. Three months later I flew up again and got teeth screwed in and couldn't be happier! The teeth colour match the rest of my teeth and the team reassured me and helped me feel comfortable upon arriving. Total Health Dentistry went out of their way and did far more than what I was expecting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my implant and new tooth done by Dr Jake and the others at total health. Superb quality, treatment and after treatment support.
I've also been to the hygienist and the dentist at total health dentistry and been very happy with the service.
This is not your conventional dentist office, in a very good way! I've always felt very comfortable for all my treatments here.
The staff are all very professional and supportive.
If you're lucky, Dr Jake will drop some incredible one liner jokes when you're on your way out ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went here for a consultation, initially I was recommended by a friend. Although I liked that the place wasn’t your typical looking dentist, I was treated just as another patient (I felt like another number). My queries were answered rudely, Mr. Goldenberg told me I must take antibiotics if my treatment were to be successful although I told him I don’t want to take antibiotics unless needed, which he replied “would you like your face half paralysed” He then got up, picked up his lunch and left through my consultation. It went on to have a staff nurse start diagnosing my oral health X-rays, which I’m sure they are not qualified to do so.
This office lacks professionalism. The office lay out and the staff have their backs faced towards you, so you will be lucky to be greeted if you walked in. Dr. Goldenberg also doesn’t treat all your needs despite being a dentist and periodontist. He said he couldn’t pull my wisdom teeth and would have someone else do it. He explained that I needed a more advanced X-ray, but the radiographer wasn’t there that day and I would have to come back. The consultation wasn’t straight forward at all, my needs were not met. I would have to have several appointments and even wait up to a month to have my teeth removed because the other dentist that removes wisdom teeth is only available once a month. There was no urgency to treat my pain.
I would recommend somewhere else where it is a one stop shop and the dentist has the expertise to treat all that you require. Jake could not. I was so disappointed with my experience and was left feeling unsatisfied.
