Based on my 30 years in Real Estate I have come across building inspectors who identified problems with property and have come back with super stupid solutions to get remedial work done.
Martin is not in this category.
He for me has identified problems and come up with solutions for me being mindful of the general condition of my properties.He is prompt,efficient with getting the reports to me and very to the point with the work that is required.
