They damaged our driveway when they put the truck stabilisers down, after talking to them on the phone to get it repaired they said they do not have to repair it even though their driver didn't take care and put a block under stabilisers to protect driveway. They agreed to patch repair it. They took months todo so. I had to do all the calling they never called me to update me, kept getting a different story about the plan to repair, i got over waiting and rung the boss and asked whats the story. They finally got someone round to repair it. The repair is a very poor standard, had not even been cut with a grinder the tar has been smashed out so have chipped and damaged more of the driveway. This definitely was not a professional repair.
