β β β β β very disappointed that the groomer was not prepared to help me out by coming in to groom my dog on a day that is not a wednesday. She has done this in the past for me as i am a very valued customer having taken my dog to her every 3 months for 4 years. This is NOT how you do business.

β β β β β We had picked up a peacock which had been hit buy a car, they dealt with her with great care and respect. I can not speak highly enough of the staff, the girls on the reception and the vet she was such a lovely person.
