About Touchwood Solidwood Homes
With this contract, we supply only the builders labour for your project at a rate set out at the commencement of work. Payments for our builders are made at agreed intervals throughout the project and do not change unless there are variations to the contract.
As well as this, you will need to hire all sub-contractors (plumbers, electricians etc.) yourself – or hire a project manager to do this, which we can do as well. Otherwise, we look after the building work only. This contract is only suitable if you have the time and experience to manage the entire project yourself.
Be aware, this type of contract can be very time consuming, potentially expensive, and managing a building project can be very stressful.
Not for the faint-hearted!
