β β β β β DO NOT do business with this company! We ordered a set of kitchen drawers, waited 6 weeks for it to arrive and have just opened the box. It is incomplete, no screws, no drawers, just a carcass and paid $329 for a few pieces of chipboard. We checked with them to make sure that it comes complete with screws and drawer sliders etc. Was assured that everything would be in the box - but nothing. They are a poor excuse for a cheap spin on bathroom's, kitchens and pathetic appliances. They never have stock, and when one has waited months to receive your item it's incomplete. We demand a full refund!!

β β β β β I bought a lot of products for a full bathroom reno. Products are good, but I have been super disappointed in service when they failed to deliver all of the floor tiles I ordered. I have now been waiting almost 2 months since they promised to deliver the shortfall, and still no sign nor useful engagement from their support agents. Pick up your items if you don't want to have a super delayed project on your hands!!

β β β β β Abysmal after sales service. On two separate occasions I ordered an item, waited at least ten weeks each time only to be told that they weren't available. No-one bothered to contact me and I only found out because I went into the store to find out where my order was. I bought a heatpump dryer seven months ago and it has stopped working. I went through the correct procedure to get an engineer out 8 days ago. I am STILL waiting for them to contact me to make a time to visit and do the repair.

β β β β β If I could score a negative I would. Shocking customer service. Issues with an item I purchased in November 2021 that was out of stock despite it showing as high stock online, it took them 3 months to sort a refund after I hounded them 3-4 times a week trying to resolve the issue. The staff blatantly lie about the progress of my complaint, nobody ever phones you back and the bottom line is that nobody in either the Christchurch store (were the item was purchased) or the Auckland branch (were the managers seem to live) give a toss about customer satisfaction or common decency. I will never deal with these clowns again.

β β β β β Take the advice given causiously.
On a previous visit we were helped by super nice lady who was great and knew her stuff, we were buying a stove and a washing machine to which our questions were answered clearly and as we later found out have been spot on.
This time however we were 'helped' (not really) by a man who had difficulty leaving his corner desk to discuss flooring options.
He told me the Click Flooring did not need any floor prep prior to placing on concrete, incorrect info .
He said it was a home handyman job that could be done within 1 day, this was also incorrect info.
Certainly a diff experience to the first visit.

Not only reasonable prices but also customer service also commendable, Particularly Sal, my favorite sales representative. he is friendly and efficient and easy to talk to. last weekend I have discovered while I was there and talking to him, he is very resourceful and got wide range of knowledge other than own work base. I doing my business with Sal and probably my business clients also will be looking for you, Sal:) because I told them you have some good idea, so please help them. Thank you Sal.

β β β β β ZERO STARS. WE HAVE BEEN SCAMMED Writing a review on behalf of my father. We have been waiting for over 4 months to get shelves delivered to Wellington. We have received only half of our order and the other half of our order is missing.
We have been trying to get in touch via emails, phone and online chat but NOTHING.
Horrible service. We would like a solution to this problem AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. We have paid money and have not received all products. Get in contact with me now. Absolutely disgusted.

β β β β β Terrible service, purchased a dishwasher for my elderly parents.
The dishwasher turned up damaged, I had contacted them to come and collect the dishwasher and issue us a refund, only to be told they cannot arrange collection under red light and that the funds cannot be refunded until the item is returned. go figure!
*I am very sorry to hear about the delivery, may I ask if you still have the orig packaging with you?
We can assist with the return and refund but we ask for your understanding that our couriers are only limited to do deliveries and returns/collections will be done once traffic light status changes to orange. We will process the refund as soon as the items are back*
