β β β β β Excellent. Absolutely recommend these guys. Heard about them from a coworker. They rewired the entire house and installed a ducted air-con within budget and it works perfectly. No issues or complaints. Good bunch of guys very helpful and honest hard workers.

β β β β β We had the guys put in a ventilation system with a built in de-humidifier and when we saw the amount of water that was being pulled out of the house it was amazing. We calculated it was a little more than 15 litres a day, and you can notice the difference inside the house. No more condensation on the windows at all. Plus the house feels dryer, so it's much easier to heat. Really a great job and a great product. Nice work.

β β β β β Great to deal with. Good communication before during and with after sales support. Going above and beyond with helping with other requests as well. Couldn't speak highly enough about them.
Heat pump and heat transfer pump works well and despite what other companies have said. The transfer pump does warm and take the chill off the bedrooms making them a comfortable temp. Since having it installed we have had no problems with condensation or wet windows as has been a problem in any other house we have lived in. Very happy also with instillation of the Heatlamp Light Fan we purchased ourselves before hand.

β β β β β We have had 6 heat pumps supplied and installed by Tranzheat over the past 12 months. We have found their heat pumps and service to be excellent and would recommend them as both supplier and installers. Also have found them to be very competitive on price.

β β β β β We bought a house with an older heat pump installed. It wasn't working very well so we got Chris around. He advised the unit needed a re-gas an thorough clean. After getting that done, its been working great. Thanks for showing us how to keep it clean too!

β β β β β We own a motel and had all our heat pumps fitted out by Tranzheat, we can not fault their workmanship very obliging working with us around our guests needs. Left every room in a clean and tidy state when finished.
The on site workers were professional and well presented which is important when working in our environment.
Well done to Patrick and his amazing team

β β β β β We had a ducted system installed in our old house, and it works amazing. Keeps the house nice and warm, and helps cool us down in the summer.
They came back and installed a new extractor in our bathroom, and we have no moisture issues in there now.
Great service and very knowledgeable guys.

β β β β β I could only give two stars sorry. Was interested in the ERV vent system, seemed like the ideal ventilation system. Patrick was pleasant to deal with and critically highlighted this product, which I was impressed with. The quote he provided was customisable in terms of work that could be carried out by me, this is favourable as it allowed us to negotiate pricing.
The downside however, was the lack of communication. I had been shopping around for other quotes. Other competitors were quick to provide quotes and answer questions, whereas Tranzheat took their time in responding. Their busy schedule could be appraised though. We had arranged to finalise the quote which unfortunately fell through...It was this arrangement which fell flat with me...again, honest and punctual communication would of gone along way,...
