★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My families has arrived at 8am,and they wait for other people until 4 pm,and we they going to come back to Auckland ,they told me we need to book the ticket after 5pm cuz the tour guide will drop them at 5pm.However, the tour guide just drop them at 2pm and leave them,my families they dont understand English and they just coming for sight seeing, they have to wait for 3 hours in the airport,and the tour guide even does't help them get the ticket , it all finished by me by the phone,and I called them ,they just tell me "what we can do ?" "Its not our problem",with very bad attitude
