β β β β β Purchased a King Bed base which broke after 3 night. My pregnant wife was on the bed at the time and could have been seriously injured. When I told Treasurebox of what happened and how upsetting it was, they refused to give me an immediate refund. Instead, they got me to spend my time dismantling their faulty product so that they could collect. As of today it has been over 1 month and they are yet to process my refund. Would not recommend Treasurebox to my worst enemy - poor quality products and even worse customer service

β β β β β I ordered 2 identical wardrobed and only received one. After following up they had one product remaining but it was damaged. They were apologetic and I will get a refund, but it's very disappointing as I would have ordered something completely different if I knew.

β β β β β I bought over $1,000 worth of furniture and I did not have great expectations given the low prices. When I received the furniture I was instead positively impressed and I'm very happy with the design and the quality, definitely worth the money.
It took a while to arrive due to the lockdown and the couriers being swamped with work, but the customer service always replied promptly and in a reassuring manner.
I will definitely consider Treasure Box again for future purchases.

β β β β β I was a bit worried at first as the price seemed too good to be true. Also there seemed to be a lot of complaints from people not receiving their goods or replies to their tracking queries during lockdown. I knew there would be delays with couriers, but when I did email to see if my sideboard had been shipped I got a reply within a couple of days with tracking numbers. My order had been dispatched but had been sitting at the CourierPost depot for a couple of weeks!
When we finally received our goods we were pleasantly surprised. Quite good quality for the price, some issues though - a couple of chips here and there, supposed to be glossy white but only the sideboard doors were glossy, and the edges of the doors are a little rough - weβre still pretty happy though. All in all it was worth the wait and a good first experience shopping with these guys.

β β β β β Terrible experience. I would love to give them 0 star if possible. I know that there is delay due to this covid situation but it takes more than a month to arrive, which is not understandable as I received all other items that I ordered from different websites.
They don't have any contact number to communicate, and when I emailed them they just repeated the same answer over and over again.
Terrible service.

β β β β β Lets start off this review by me saying that exchanging over 28 emails with a company about their product and trying to get a refund is never a good thing.
Here's how my experience went:
Day 1- order set of tallboy drawers
Week 2 - receive half the drawers, followed by the other half a week later
Week 3- attempt to put drawers together, but drill holes don't match up. First email sent about product having a wrong piece.
Week 4- response about wrong piece asking for photos so they can send another correct piece. Sent multiple photos so they knew wich piece to send. Had to send more photos as they needed more clarification.
Week 6- receive new piece via courier and piece comes completely broken with crack through it. I ask for a refund on the product.
Week 7 - they ask me to pack the whole thing up and send it to them in the original boxes(like I still have kept the boxes after 7 weeks..) I sent the product back with an exchange of emails about courier pick up etc
Week 8 - I email them again about my refund, no response
Week 10 - email them again about my refund - they respond with that they haven't recieved one of the boxes(even though it was overnight delivery) I do a quick check on courier website and confirm all boxes were delivered the day after I sent them. - I ask again for my refund.
Week 11 - I recieve my refund!!
Overall - they sent the wrong piece in the original order so holes didn't line up, followed by sending a broken piece followed by trying to avoid sending a refund. Poor service and product, do not recommend.

β β β β β Appalling service. Have been waiting for a single mattress which is considered an ESSENTIAL item, however am still waiting for a response. Courier company has advised they have not picked up the items yet, Treasurebox keep emailing with the same reply "your order is dispatched". This is shocking. I have ordered online from so many different companies over this lockdown, and have only at the most experienced 5 days delay. I would honestly give them a 0.
I am on verge of reporting them to NZ police for theft of my money. Think 3 times before purchasing from this company.

β β β β β THE WORST COMPANY. Iβve ordered a chest of drawers, they sent incomplete boxes after 3 weeks, I had to wait 2 more weeks until I received the remaining parts, when I assembled the product all the holes were uneven. Has been more than 3 months dealing with them, waiting for my refund after returning the product. Sarah, the person replying the emails, she never said Sorry or give any kind of apology. Actually I got responses from her in a very sarcastic way.
They refunded me recently THE WRONG AMOUNT, of course less money.
I would not recommend at all buying Treasure box.
Horrible experience and awful service.
