★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe change your closing time to say 4:30 cause its quite frustrating to try to make it on time by what it says online and then theres a person inside the shop that pretends you are not outside to not open the door 20 minutes before the closing time. This happened a few times already.'i understand its your last few minutes of work of the day but there are people that finish working around that time and otherwise wont be able to make it.
