★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just used Tribe to gain a new role; so you'd expect a 5 start rating, but read on as to why. Joe Francis was the consultant I used and could not be more helpful. Joe did a lot of running around for me and made interview times that worked for me (while I'm busy in my old job). If he could not get a hold of me Joe left quick helpful messages and ultimately made the whole process as stress free as possible. Even after I'd signed my contract Joe has continued to be in touch answering any questions I have and making sure I'm ready for the next job. Outstanding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dealt with a lot of other agencies, but most of them force you to take a job role that you didn’t ask for and if you decline they just forget about you and never contact you again. Lydia from Tribe however was amazing, she listen to me, knew what I was looking for and didn’t give up on me until she found me this amazing role. Very friendly and extremely supportive throughout the recruitment process. 100% recommended.

She found me on Seek and contacted me for a job opportunity that guarantees everything I was looking for. She always kept me updated on anything that was going on and when nothing was going forward she made sure to keep checking with the employers about updates. It was bit of a drag because of the holiday season but that's completely understandable and Sarah made the whole experience a breeze. I would love to work with Tribe again in the future. Even when I wasn't quite the right fit for a role Josh was recruiting for, he still took the time to give me a call to explain why and find out more about how Tribe might be able to help. He then suggested I connect with two of his colleagues and mentioned me to both. I really appreciated him going the extra mile. Thankfully his colleague Rachael had a role that was a good fit. Through the process she was supportive and great at keeping me up to date. And she also worked to find a win/win outcome for myself and the client. I’ve definitely found Tribe to be one of the best recruitment experiences so far and would use them again from a candidate and client side.
