★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful gifts for birthdays etc, best lights I've seen and Beautiful items that people would ❤. Does have R18 room, for smoking pipes, vapours, bongs etc., but the rest of shop is quite beautiful with beautiful ?presents, the prices can be expensive but the price is worth buying the beautiful gifts ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ [SHE’S NOT QUALIFIED] got my septum pierced by a lady talking down all the other piercing shops saying she would get people coming in with eyebrow piercings in their nose, then she proceeded to pierce me and she got it COMPLETELY wrong it was so far back, it was not my septum at all, she had to get another lady to out the ball on, i got a refund but the the piercer woman was stand offish, very up herself and made me feel uncomfortable, the other lady however was very sweet and tried to make me as comfortable as she should. i am extremely unhappy and im even scared to get my septum redone by someone else because of the pain :/

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Manager (owner?) of the store is incredibly rude and disrespectful. This was the worst experience of customer service I have ever had. Because of her attitude towards me she lost out on a sale over $150, I will never go back to this store, and I would highly recommend other people not shop there. We are supposed to shop and support local during this pandemic,what a laugh, I will gladly shop elsewhere if this is how I get treated by a local store. (0/0 stars)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT SHOP HERE. Would give 0 stars if I could, I should of listened to the reviews before coming to this dump. The Rude Old Lady pierced my nose in the wrong place which meant the nose ring would not fit as the piercing was to high up on my nose. So I went back a week later to get a refund but she refused while mouthing off at me. This place is a circus, avoid at all cost ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my daughter down for her birthday to get her belly button pierced, she advised my daughter to wait another 6 months and to “eat more pies”, not the best thing to say to a 13 year old. She seemed like she didn’t want to do the piercing at first. She was quite rudely spoken towards us. We realised why afterwards as the piercing was crooked. Wouldn’t recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is quite rude and I've seen a lot of other people complaining about her. Awhile ago I went in and nicely asked if they were doing nose piercings with Covid around, since I had seen other shops open for them around that time too. I was met with her saying "What makes you think we would be doing nose piercings" in a quite harsh tone. It was really uncalled for. I just wanted to inquire about it. I'm glad I didn't get my nose pierced by her though since it seems she's extremely unqualified. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone for the owners behaviors alone, let alone piercing without knowing what she's doing. Don't support her business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude customer service. Not happy with the way she spoke to my 7 year old. Very abrupt and not a nice tone. Made me and my daughter feel very uncomfortable. She pierced my daughters ears well but i will never go back here. EVER! Do not recommend. Surprised she is still in business but she certainly shouldn't be she's in the wrong profession.
