β β β β β REVISED: Trueform reached out after this review was posted in March 2021 and the issue was resolved. Spa working great now and review adjusted to '3 STARS' to accommodate for this. Happy with product, but unlikely to refer people in future due below average customer service experience.

ORIGINAL review: Have resisted posting a negative review in the hopes that my issue would be resolved in reasonable time, but no luck.
Purchased a pool via third party (Palmers Bethlehem - 5 Stars). Pool arrived Oct 2020, later than expected but understandable given how 2020 played out.
Pool arrived damaged - shell bubbled in places as if melted.
Advised pool would be replaced, likely in New Year.. still waiting and it's now early March 2021.
Not angry... just disappointed.

β β β β β Cannot rate Trueform spas highly enough, This is our second Truform Spa, these are a quality NZ made spa.
Warren, Rob and the team go well beyond what is required from them.
The spa I purchased was a factory second and developed an issue, Rob offered to deliver another spa after I rang on boxing day (never even expecting anyone to answer only to leave a message) so we wouldn't be without a spa over the break.
They then replaced my spa with a brand new unit at no cost and even dropped off and picked up the old one at no cost (2.5hrs drive away each direction)
You might save a few hundred dollars buying an unknown or unproven chinese spa from elsewhere but you'll never get the support or service and like they say quality is remembered long after the price is forgotten.
You guys are legends :)

β β β β β We first purchased our Trueform Spa in 2006. Recently we approached Trueform to ask if they could do a refurbishment of our old Spa. It needed a new cabinet while we had replaced the heating unit and pump over time.
Warren the owner and Gwen in the office were great to deal with. They quoted a price and the Spa was delivered back to us and they did a fantastic job refurbishing it. They went above and beyond in my opinion and we are happily getting continued use out of our old but still working and sturdy Trueform product.
Well done and thank you for a great job. Highly recommended. I have 5 lots of friends I have put onto Trueform Spas.

β β β β β Awesome company, awesome people, awesome product!
We didn't even buy our Tueform pool new from them or reseller, but a mint condition refurbished 'Eco' model from The Spa Guy in Rotorua.
But we still had some questions regarding setup, water treatment etc, and Bridget/Gwen were absolutely amazing with help and advice via multiple calls/emails even though I didn't purchase the pool new.
Highly recommend them and the product they sell, our pool is just the basic entry level pool, but the construction/quality/insulation is the same as the top of their line pools.
If we grow out of this one, or ever want an upgraded pool with more features, we will definitely go Trueform again.
