★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mike took us for a one-off training session while we were in Raglan for the weekend and it was great! He taught us all about functional training and the 7 basic movements involved. The structure was great and everyone was able to push to their own limits and go at a pace that was comfortable for them. Even my post-partum friend was able to join in for her first session since having the little one!
