★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U can honestly TRUST these guys to come through. Our movers that we booked weeks ahead cancelled ONE HOUR before our move. We had to move on that day. They came and found the truck they had was too small so sent another team and moved us. They really came through. Understood we had to move same day. And super friendly hard working guys. Carried a lot of heavy things. Really appreciate their work. Thank u guys. Never using another mover.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful company- booked us a tiny van for an entire house move and then threatened us for the entire bill when they couldnt organise a proper truck. The owner was aggressive and told the movers to stay at our property until we paid so we called police. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Stay away!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didnt advise we had 4 hours only, any other mover is there until you are finished the job and charged for the time taken. Broke our brand new 10 week old fridge bent the door, broke a rear foot wheel, scratched and it now rattles when motor is running. Put scratches and big chunk dents on of my lowboy drawers. Spoke with a rude James who refused to give me the owners phone number after fobbing me off saying not their problem, spoke with owner Mayur who advised to send it all in an email, he would speak to the drivers, then contact to come and view the items. That was 2.5 weeks ago. More emails sent and calls made, still no response. Nothing but cowboys with no care or concern. See you in the dispute tribunal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Soul and Ariane last Thursday 21st of April, they helped me move all my stuff into our new house. They were extremely efficient, everything was packed, loaded and unloaded very quickly and everything was well protected, they were careful with all my fragile items, so nothing was damaged or anything. We had a full on day, we had 2 trucks going and lots of family and friends helping us move and Soul and Ariane were super friendly and got along with everyone, Soul even helped move my mums bed in for her, which he didn’t have to do, it was so nice of him!!
They clearly worked very hard and I’m super happy with their service. They definitely made my move so much easier, I will definitely book them if I move again. If you manage to read this Thankyou so much Soul and Ariane, you did a great job!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After arriving 4 hours late, the team took 2 hours to load the truck with 2 bedrooms worth of stuff, taking breaks during this two hours, and I had to fight for them to take anything other than the beds and basic furniture e.g mirrors, baskets and suitcases. Upon arriving at the apartment building (having been prewarned that it is in the central CBD with limited parking), they demonstrate that the do not know how to parallel park, taking up half the street, running over the curb, and then moving the councils cones around them. All during peak hour, which could have been easily avoided if they had arrived on time. They then spent 2 and a half hours unloading the truck into the lobby, with about half of the boxes still being in the lobby, as they again took multiple breaks when they thought they were unsupervised as well as blocking access to the second elevator to residents in the building. Comically, at one stage when my partner and I were hoping off the elevator the two men were walking and having a chat, one of whom was holding a cushion, when the second man spotted us, he immediately grabbed the second half of the cushion, resulting in two men carrying one cushion. Surely, a cushion is not so heavy or awkward that it needs two men to hold it? Once the men had the items in the lobby they said that it would take too long to bring the things into my house, so they decided to leave the items at my front door. My flatmate watching them, and seeing their slow pace, tried to help them move to speed up the pace. One of the men then dropped one of my boxes. When she said to be careful he responded “it’s only makeup.” They never notified me that they had broken my entertainment unit, and yet they had placed the broken shelf inside the unit itself, so they had clearly noticed that it was broken. They showed little to no respect for my property, and try to use being paid by the hour as a way to extort you into paying twice as to what you are initially quoted.
