★ ★ ★ ★ ★ User friendly website when placing an online and the 'Ajax Dining Set' package arrived within days especially delivering to a rural area during Covid 19, Alert Level 3 lockdown. Delivery people followed the protocols and procedures of the current Alert Levels at the time.
I found the product supplied easy to read instructions, with the necessary tools to assemble chairs and table. The dining set is a perfect size for the space I have.
Highly recommend TSB living, affordable prices for quality products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very happy with the customer service and helpfulness of Tracy in the store and I am pleased with the products we have received. However the customer service on the phone when I ordered the products was not so good in that different information was being given by different people I spoke with. I was unhappy that the shipping cost was so high as shipping for items was individually priced. This process could have been easier and more flexible as I was isolating at home and it was difficult to arrange pick up of our items. There was one female customer service representative who was very helpful and went the extra mile to clarify the costs and relevant information for me so that was a good point.

I purchased the Simona series and they only have the side table on display, which still allowed me to gauge the quality and colour. Good value for money products. Comes in flat pack and easy to assemble. Great website with great product descriptions

The only annoying part of buying stuff in person is the waiting time at the delivery gate, I had to wait 30 minutes to get the items. All in all, happy with my purchase. Delivery guy is so patient with customers ?
