★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked to be invoiced for a septic tank 2500 L. I was told that the delivery cost to my property would be 75 dollars. Then next day I was told that it was a promotion until 1st of November and delivery is free. 2 weeks after I went to town and received a message from a mobile number that if I do not pay I cannot have the tank delivered. I sent a message back that wrote that I paid long time ago and what was that about? No answer. I called the office of TT plastics and talked to sales. The clerk there told me she was going to teansfer me to some other clerk. Then she told me it was a mistake and they thought my address was Kerikeri so because they had a mistake now I had to pay transport. I told them that this is not how a company conducts business in the civilised world. She said she was going to come back to me. She did not. I called again in half an hour because I wanted to go home and I had no mobile coverage home. She told me things are sorted and I do not have to pay. I asked what is the adress because I wanted to be sure they had the right one. She told me it was Mainfreight Kaitaia. I could not beleive what I heard. If I was not asking I could have waited ages without knowing what was going on. I talked to Mainfreight. They had no word about my delivery and adviced me to ask for tracking number. Since then, 3 hours afyer I am still after a teacking number. I forgot to write that she hung the phone in my ear and told me rudely: do you want that tank or not? I will let you know the outcome in a second review later.
