★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TTS delivered a wonderful experience overall. Even though some staff made a mistake in the beginning and I waited for 30 minutes for nothing, another staff with heaps of tattoos helped with my application. His professional service and great attitude made up for the other staff’s mistake and actually saved me a lot of time. At the end of the day, I am very satisfied with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the door you can see the sign, 'appointment only'. If I need an appointment why did I wait 1 hour 15 minutes for getting a number for biometric and on the top of this 1 hours 30 minutes until my biometric was being done. If I count 15 minutes of my early arrival, I waited 3 hours for this application. Processing time was all together 10 minutes. They make you wait 3 hours for 10 minutes job. What's the point of having appointment if I have to wait 3 hours. Honestly why do we get appointment for? or if we need an appointment maybe say that 'get appointment but come 3 hours after your appointment time'. Ridiculous service (nothing was wrong with the people who works there, problem is their wrong system) So many kids crying, dirty, gross...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw the bad reviews the day before I went there, I was expecting really slow and bad service from them. Surprisingly, the service is really quick and the people there are quite friendly. The skinny Indian lady who served me was really helpful and friendly, the Chinese lady spoke Chinese to me while collecting the bio-metrics, which I think is really helpful for the elderly who do not understand English very well. Perhaps, I was the first appointment in the early morning, not many people waiting, hence, the service was very quick. If you are not early bird type of person, you may experience some delay as reviewed by others, I guess. Overall, I was very happy with my visit. Hopefully, they can keep it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such bad service at the reception desk. The Indian lady just talks like your mother by issuing command to you and commanding you what you should to do and what is wrong. Beyond that, I arrived on time of my appointment but this place is horrible on managing their time, left me waiting for nearly an hour and it seems that every single one have waited very long time.
I believe this business never washes their waiting seat. It looks just disgusting just take a look at the photo I attached!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally I know why the center get 3.5 star.The lady said she is manager.Waiting should one by one but the lady ask someone they looks with her come from same Courty. it's racism.I ask her why don't talk with someone who come in first she said she is not care skin color but she did.She help antherone book Appointment today that’s unbelievable.If everyone can make up story why should book online.If it is Emergency everyone can understand.No evidence no tickets she just show us different county different attitudes also different level different smile.It is super unfair!I have seem google view another one said similar stories with me that a few years ago.If only one person complain it is the person problem if a few people complain and give same lady negative reviews.It is 100% the lady’s problems.New Zealand is a freedom county and racism should not happen in New Zealand.Center manager should be careful herself attitude and active.
