★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff, nurses, receptionists & doctors alike are the most personable friendly team of people Ive ever come across in a practice. Long may it continue. Well done, it always nice to be made to feel so welcome, especially in a very busy environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appointment last Thursday for my 81 year old mother, told couldn't get an appointment till the following Wednesday waited till the Wednesday then told the doctor she was booked in for (Lorna) was not able to see her for ages, shrug of the shoulder (they were unable to give me a time). This is totally unacceptable, granted we were seen by another lovely dr Eustace but as Lorna doesn't work on Fridays we were prepared for the Wednesday wait. My mother is unable to drive so is reliant on myself and my sister who both work full time. I believe that booking that far in advance (regardless of what the booking is for) should be plenty of notice. Maybe your booking clerks should prioritize when booking five days in advance. Working in the same industry I appreciate there are times when emergencies need to take priority but I didn't see that in today "s waiting room. I look forward to your feedback

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ July 2017: I have been going here for 20+ years, Most Doctor's are okay, Nurses are lovely. Reception Staff consistently letting the team down, rude, not friendly.
Update Novemebr 2017: I have come another 3 times and still the reception staff are so rude! They treat you like dirt regardless of why you are coming in. Horrible! I look forward to changing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved here from a pukekohe practise about 2 years ago and besides maybe twice have been seen without too much delay. I have a very thorough regular Dr here, DC Hawa has been so good with multiple complicated issues. Always listens and think carefully of treatment plans. Even follows up.
On the odd time I've had to see a different doc and when taking my daughter in I have always had great service and treatments.
They are expensive but worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had bring my child in the other day and was incredibly fortunate to meet with your new nurse Sarah. She is amazing. What a helpful, kind and knowledgeable lady and just so so good with the little ones. We have always been happy with the nursing staff here but your new nurse definitely goes the extra mile! We hope not to be back too often but nice to know you have another lovely nurse if we must be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in with my partner to see the nurse for his results recently. We just wanted to say how amazing your nurse Sarah is. She spent the time with us to explain things and support my partner with starting a fasting schedule and we felt she went above and beyond to educate and inform us. We have both since started fasting and both feel fantastic. What an absolute asset to the team this nurse is we are so thrilled to find her! My partner is new to the practice but after the visit to support him I will be signing up too, nurses like this are so hard to come by! Thank you! (Edited to say partner says to tell you it was the blonde younger Sarah not the darker hair one, apparently you have 2 Sarah's although I'm sure they are both lovely!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They never have any appointments avaliable. Been a patient here for a couple of years. As other people have said you have to wait for at least a week before you can get an appointment. Very difficult to plan ahead to feel sick and need a doctor. I'm over it. Moving clinics
