★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never tried - but delivery is costly. $15 for a pizza does not seem too bad, but they charge $1/km (plus return distance) - so if you live 10km away you pay $20 for delivery. Not paying $35 for a delivery pizza

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great coffee and thanks for the breakfast. We ordered a small breakfast ($10) and large breakfast ($20) and they were both the perfect size. Friendly staff and the fire was a nice touch on a cold chilly morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a fantastic lunch at Tui base camp today - on our way home from our work trip.
So many delicious items on the menu, we all struggled to choose. Lots of gf options.
The service was impeccable. There had been a small miscommunication about our booking but within mins, tables were pushed together, chairs and cushions sorted and as soon as we sat down our drinks orders were taken. ‘Friendly and fast’ would sum it up.
And the food was as delicious as it sounded on the menu. I had the chicken salad and the salad ingredients were so fresh and crisp. Everyone finished their meals and everyone was very impressed with the prices (and the service).
It was my first time at Tui base camp but we’ll be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a place that doesn't do iced coffees, made the best iced coffee I've ever had!! From accommodating my request on a sweltering day to the top quality flavour and size of the drink itself. This could really blow up as a regular item on the menu!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great stay at the backpackers. Large clean room. Facilities were very clean. Had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. Good food and generous portions. Staff and locals were very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely stay again.
