★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We tried Sundae-kuk for takeaway during Covid19 lockdown level 3. They sell frozen sundae and meats as not fresh for takeaway, need to cook at home again, must be, they are selling frozen food in dine in too. Also over priced at $19 for one with selling frozen food. They also charge 50c more for takeaway without mentioning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cleanest and the most nutritious meal in Auckland. After eating the soup, your body will feel totally energised. No feeling sleepy, thirsty or bloating after eating. It is difficult to find a restaurant for tastiest, cleanest, cheapest and healthy food for our body. Kimchi is also the best in Auckland. Please keep up with the good work. We will be there very often even though we live far away from it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually the food is quite good, and I like the blood sausage soup. The visit on Sunday was definitely one to forget.
I was ignored while waiting to be let in. I get there was just one staff member, but there was no acknowledgement or anything.
After finally getting a seat, the food arrived promptly. The problem was that there was a fly in my food, that had clearly been cooked with the rest of the food. It was quite off-putting, enough to make me leave right away. I think it will be a while before I turn up again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them to ask to order some food, No one answered the phone so I drove to the restaurant to buy some soup and more menus to take away. I know it’s not lunch time so front staff might go for break or they’re might not staying in restaurant. but anyway I couldn’t see any front staff. So I tried to ask for ordering to staff in the kitchen. I tried to talk to them 3times but they just ignored me. As finally staff in kitchen answer me, They said just sold out with an annoyed look. So rude. I think they don’t need to aggressive to customer. I love their food but this experience was so unhappy. I don’t know..they’re might not front staff so they can think don’t need to serve customers, but at least they don’t need to ignore the customers.
