★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's the seat of the Kingitanga - NZ Maori royalty although they don't really live in the palace but it's ok for Maori and pakeha alike to see the coronation and Regatta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need to change it up a little bit. Went for the 1st time in 16 maybe 17years yesterday, & still nothing had changed(bar the price admission at the entry, which use to be free). A bit of variety would be great.
