Rang Turners and spoke to a lady called Danielle .I ask her about a 2012 Elgrand van .She went through the van step by step even sending me photos of marks & blemishes on the van.
Nothing was hidden . she was so helpful and so easy to deal with.
I organized the next morning to site the van since i only had 10 minutes to do so.
Yuzo met me at the gate and instantly had the keys and the van started .I said yes to the deal straight away. Yuzo had paper work done in 5 minutes .
Met the Manger Bill who knew i was in a hurry and test drove the van for me later and gave me a report on it.
The next Day (friday) Danielle met me there after they had closed reopened and went thru the van showing me all about the van.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly enough staff. Couldn't do a valuation of my car on the weekend, so had to leave it there and have it picked up the next day since they are only open during work hours which was inconvenient but other wise good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to buy car .. prices are two high.. my car wasn’t clean at the time of delivery.. promised me full tank and gave me half tank… not ready to listen.. Never gonna buy again from turners.. The guy was so rude and in hurry to sell the car to make his profit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warning : the worst place to come to buy or sell your car. This is the 2nd time I come across very bad customer service . I never expected such bad customer service from such a big company. I booked online car apprisal and i came before the time fixed and one of the staff told me the man who do this job not here today I asked how come no one informed me .he looked at me and without sorry or apology he just gone around d the car and took my car key and went inside office without telling me anything then he came out and start a conversation with another customer for over 10 min and I was under the sun after that he came and with rude face and gave me silly offer less than half what my car worth. I cofirm here there is no personal issue here.
By the way the manager there gave me same bad service two years ago and I complained.
Looks it was my fault to go back again .
They wasted my time on Saturday although I booked online and I was quite and didn't argue or responded to the bad service on the spot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't been in the car market for over 12 years, so I was a bit overwhelmed with all the places to choose from nowadays. Right away JOJO made my partner and I feel welcome when we arrived for a test drive on a Saturday morning. After driving the car (a Honda Jazz) for all of two or three minutes, I knew it was the one for me. Afterwards the process was quick and painless. RAV explained all the financial stuff and we all had a few laughs. Great experience overall and props to the lovely staff!
