I don't really write reviews (prefer to do 'contributions' when exploring new places) but when I saw the low rating for Tuscancity after I had rented a great apartment through them (as did a colleague), I felt compelled to leave one. I found the agency to be very professional and helpful. They answered lots of questions promptly and were punctual with appointments (thanks Luisa!). Would definitely use them again !

I truly love our apartment in the city. I have the best flat comparing to all my friends in Auckland. We were getting our own place otherwise we would have continued to rent the flat with them. I have to say the procedure for moving in and out were so simple and easy, we kept our flat clean and tidy before we move out and the bond was refunded to us within 3 weeks. Even though we had a little bit of misunderstanding at the beginning but I would still rate them for 5 stars, they are keep trying to improve their service throughout the year. I was abit shock to see people rated 1 star. Running a business isn’t easy and who doesn’t make mistakes? Personally I would recommend my friends rent from them.

Have been with tuscancity for about 6 years. They have been amazing company and team to rent with. Aaron has been the professional, flexible,helpful and always quick to responds to email. Its hard to find agents like them in Auckland. Lee has been great to rent with. She is helpful and solves problems quickly if anything arrises. In short you will be well looked after if you rent with them.

One of the best responsive business ever. I would always get my questions answered within one business day (most often less than 12 hours) and this is a golden quality trait as most Tenant Agency will delay their response after a tenant has move out based on my experience. During my stay, they will provide sufficient notice for any inspection/viewing and would always respect my opinion for any rearrangement or inconvenient. Highly recommend!!!

Lee Hoang from Tuscancity is a pleasure to work with. She responds swiftly and attends to all requests or problems with ease. She is someone you can trust and makes sure your rental experience is smooth and hassle free. Having a good agent to deal with is what makes your tenancy a great experience.

Astonishing poor communication from Aaron Oguz. Simply ignores texts or e-mails. Continued to send me invoices that had already been covered with overdue messages - despite several texts and emails to inform him this was the case. The minute I mentioned this behaviour was harassing, the issue was instantly resolved. Attached is an example of how Aaron responded to texts. I also agree with the sentiment that many of the high star ratings below appear to be fabricated…

Have rented an apartment for 2 years with Tuscancity, and it was a great experience so far. My property manager, Cam, has been responsive and an efficient communication channel between me and the property owner. Cam has provided great and professional service through our stay, and she has responded to every of our inquiries/requests very quickly, even during weekends or holidays. I’ve just moved out today, and would like to give a five-star to Cam. Will definitely come back here to provide unbiased review regarding the bond refund and following procedures. Thank you. Here’s the update: 25/04 Cam, the property manager, inspected the apartment right after we moved out, and instantly confirmed everything is all good and would process our bond refund tmr. Smooth and easy. Update 28/04 We’ve received our bond today. 3 days after we moved out. Thanks to Cam and the team of Tuscancity
