★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A review after 700 miles of usage. I went there a few days ago, John and his crew were super friendly and responsive. replaced 2× rare tyres, only just took half an hour. Speaking of the tyres, they are extremely grippy, even when I turn with high speed the wheels still feels like glued on the ground. Thanks boys make my rally dream came true lol. 5/5 without a sigle doubt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for a WOF as it was one of the few mechanics that was open on a Saturday afternoon. While I appreciated this the poor customer service led me to go elsewhere.
On their website they advertise "found a cheaper price let us know and we will do our best to beat it". Completely misleading coz I showed several places that do WOFs for $45 and they weren't interested in price matching. It really seemed like they were looking for things wrong with my car. E.g. front tyre slightly worn, but not all tyres on my car needed to be replaced. After handing be a guestimate for $500 scribbled on a piece of paper, I decided to go to another mechanic. The $2 fee to pay by cheque was a joke. I have never been charged this, only to get money out. They were rude toward my partner as one of the staff decided to have a go at him asking him "what do you think your doing"? Clearly he was waiting patiently for me while I paid for the WOF. While WOF was out we went out and headed back as soon as they notified us it was done. Calling a 2cnd time to make sure we were coming, after I had just spoken to guy to let him know we were coming was aggressive. Automotive Aspects were able to provide me with a quote after I gave them my rego number. And did same job for me for $55 cheaper. I strongly recommend you save yourself from the aggressive and rude service, and head to Automotive Aspects instead.
