โ โ โ โ โ The men work hard but billing is always an issue. The owner is unprofessional to deal with. In addition to a fee to remove garden waste (120 for my job) I got billed extra 1.5 hours ( x 3 men). Apparently the time it took them sitting in traffic to reach the waste center! Would not recommend.

โ โ โ โ โ Owner is extremely rude, insulting and delusional. Gardeners would turn up without warning. Had a 12 month contract for garden care and they only turned up less than half the amount agreed. Poor quality, abysmal customer service and bad character. Steer clear.
Edit: note that for every negative review here, Nina denies that she either worked with the person or blames them for what went wrong. I think everyone can see that her unprofessional, defensive replies speak for themselves as to what kind of business she runs and what kind of person she is.
And yes, Nina, we did have a 12 month contract with you for gardening, it was built into our fixed term residential rental agreement with you as our landlord. I do not have the wrong company here, and neither do any of these other reviewers. Perhaps if you weren't nasty and petty to people and unprofessional in the way you ran your business, you wouldn't have so many negative reviews. Grow up.

โ โ โ โ โ Nina seems extremely sweet to begin with and makes you feel like she knows what she is doing. She does know her garden well. So I have to give her a plus for that, however and this is a BIG HOWEVER... she is not professional at all. Extremely emotional if you question her regarding something and her payment term was extremely unclear. She did our landscape and kindly forgot to mention that garden would need watering twice a day for 2 months. Because we didnโt know this , we made plans to be away from our house before hand so requested Nina for a quote to water our garden. Finding her rates extremely over priced , we never agreed for her to water the garden but told her to let us know from what day the garden will need watering. It worked out to be 6 days but she charged us for 9. She couldnโt justify the extra charges and starting sending emotional text saying her boys went over The Weekend to water and they did us a favor. Seems like she forgot she wasnโt doing anyone a favor but in fact charging her clients for this job. SHE DID NOT MAKE CLEAR OF THE NUMBER OF DAYS FOR WATERING WHICH CAUSE UNCLEAR PAYMENT AMOUNT. I have security footage confirming her boys did not come everyday for watering so not only she lied about the number of days her boys came to water but also overcharged us without notifying us. Initially we were not going to pay the amount she was asking for but out of good will we did. Her approach about the whole thing was way too unprofessional and frankly speaking we didnโt want to deal with her SH&t anymore. WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS emotional wreak of a person and a liar to anyone. There are plenty professionals out there so please spend your money else where people.

โ โ โ โ โ I have never been moved to write a bad review but Nina and team have cost us thousands of dollars. They did a wonderful, fast job of clearing and planting but the follow up was absolutely appalling. Called 10+ times for extra seed as promised for our seeded lawn and never received. They also never returned as promised in the following months to help us care for it. We ended up having to pay for a ready lawn a year later. We have been told by three gardeners that the plants in our front yard are completely inappropriate for the space and are spending a fortune getting them kept upright and trimmed. So disappointing as really liked them as people. Would not recommend

โ โ โ โ โ I have used the team at Underground Gardening for over 10 years now, for both individual landscaping projects (both my own property and rental property) and routine monthly garden maintenance. I always have the best compliments on my garden and both my neighbours on either side of me have used their services after seeing the great work they do at my property. Never had a problem communicating with them and they have always been available when Iโve needed them. Would and HAVE, happily recommended the team to anyone looking for great gardening/landscaping services.
