★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to pick up my son's prescription. Donna Kerr said my GP had filled in the prescription incorrectly. I asked the her if she had talked to the doctor, whereupon she went on a massive angry rant aimed in my direction. I can see others have given similar feedback. They've lost a regular customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received very rude and embarrassing customer service from the older lady with a grey bob and possibly glasses staff member. The first staff member (she was kind enough) sold me OTC medication that was incorrect in 2 ways that I had to go back twice. The older staff member’s tone was very rude and condescending. I get that you don’t have to exchange or refund meds because of the nature of the product but I initially trusted the expertise of the staff and what they sold me, I could not use. All three transactions occurred within 10mins and The same 2 ladies were at the counter No offer to help me with what I really needed.
