★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were on our way from Taupo to Waitomo and stopped at Te Kuiti for lunch. We saw Unichem pharmacy and went in to buy some medicine and band aid. It was quite a large outlet with good stock. The staff were good and got us what we wanted quickly. Overall experience was good

Blaming how busy you are today does not excuse the fact the prescription was dropped off a week ago and is still not done. An apology for your own incompetence is better than being rude and trying to lay the blame on the customer.

I recently went in to get a health supplement which was $54 and the exact same product and pill count was $24.95 through an online chemist. So shop around if you are not in a hurry! Staff are polite and this is why you get three stars, two off for product value.
