★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SMH and fuming!!! Two days in a row i walked in and waited patiently to be served and was pushed aside while people who wer just walking in were being tended to... News flash people!!! I work just as hard as you if not harder to earn the money that puts food on my table and keep me and my family in the best of health. So can u explain to me why my money isnt as good or doesnt have the same value as the next person or was it my brown skin, tattoos and Red Hat that made me less worthy of being served. This is the 20th Century people and obviously some of u are stil stuck in the dark ages... Definately wont be using you chemist ever, I would rather drive to Palmy than be treated like that...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had the rudest service from the old grey haired pharmacist at this chemist .I am a regular customer here with a loyalty card - but I am afraid the customer service has been getting worse here for sometime. I am disgusted - she had a nasty tone to her voice - as she tersely told me "I dont know you " she also verbally attacked her staff member for not ringing up my goods and it wasnt even her that was serving me . I just spent $60 there - but I will not go back there again unless its an emmergency - nasty old bag!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting feedback regarding the , "old grey haired Pharmacist," if its the same woman who has been there for nearly 20 years, she should move on. Saw comments about her bullying a staff member. I have seen her bully staff members at this pharmacy in the past. She must reflect on her own issues, however probably has no situational awareness to do this. Sad ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to get medication for our sick 1 year old daughter on Christmas Eve. It was extremely convenient and lucky for us that they were open till 8 so we could get urgent antibiotics for my child. You could see it was a really busy day for then and it was a 1 hour wait till we could get our prescription and poor staff were too rushed off their feet to be friendly. Wonder if it's possible to have more pharmacists on at busy periods like this but understandable it would be hard on Christmas eve. Parking can be tricky too, but luckily there's parking further along the complex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was unwell and therefore not 100% thinking clearly while in the shop and was sold a product that was useless to me. This multi-million dollar company refused to refund or store credit a measly $25.00 . I'm on a limited income. Not feeling the care, wellness, welcome vibe they promote.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noone answers the phones prescription line. Hence, a large bunch of staff is there upon your arrival only to tell you to wait massive amounts of time for you repeat-prescription & hand you a buzzer with gems on it while they go drink coffee. This is the worst pharmacy I've seen in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used this pharmacy for a while and often. I have occasionally found the person serving me to be terse and a bit rude. I have each time given them the benefit of the doubt and not said anything. When you work in customer service of any kind being polite is a given, even if you are having a bad day! Particularly in your situation as you are mostly dealing with the vulnerable or sick. If you dont like your job leave, if there is some other reason for your behavior self evaluation is needed. Instead of the short walk to here, I will in the future, get in my car and go elsewhere.

As for grey haired old lady, at times she appears a bit off putting but that does not put me off coming to the pharmacy.
Great all round gifts and love strolling through looking at the various items throughout the store???
