★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very happy I finally found the parts for my parents 50 year old shower I have gone to a couple of places and they showed no interest told me to get a plumber we dont have parts for that without having a proper look .Then I found Universal plumbing guys are so friendly who showed interest and found the parts I needed for the shower went home put it in myself and it was perfect. Thanks guys much appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After approximately 5 phone calls and 5 follow up emails from me to Ype from Plumbing Plus, he would not, could not, did not send me an invoice/quote for a shower! Apparently emails were sent (to both my email addresses, but they certainly weren't received, or in junk folders) and today I asked for a screenshot image of the quote - never sent.
I've waited for weeks and now my project is behind schedule, so have to start the shower searching process from the beginning again.
Lost time and $$ with tradies.
Talk about avoidance of a customer! (and yes, I am and was always polite and patient when dealing with suppliers). Very disappointed.
