Specials store, staff great. Store uninspiring doesn't fit the brand

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cafe has a delightful menu - all sorts of surprises! The factory ship is still expensive, but when it's possum and merino wool, I'm willing to splash out for a long lasting, ethical, cosy jersey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely products. But expensive for me since I don't need that warmth for the north of new Zealand. Lovely cafe with gorgeous food. Factory shop at that back had a good variety of products also. Would visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed by the quality and presentation of the food for the reputation of the establishment and found the service to be lacklustre as well. Furthermore, it would be appreciated if there could be greater communication when handling extraneous costs, having been charged $5 per person for the use of extra plates, of which we were not informed until after the payments were being finalised. In short, it seems likely we will be taking our business elsewhere in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoy their unique selection of brunch options, such as activated charcoal bread with healthy sprouts. The fireplace makes the place look amazing. The only let-down is that some of the employees look disinterested in the customers, which is a shame as Christchurch tends to have quite good customer service usually.
