★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This establisment has clearly lived up to the name, there was a distinct lack of any material but glass. Each wall of the store was made of glass, the floor, the roof. It seems that the interior designer was about as transparent as the aestheitc he produced. When in-store, there is a horrible shortage of privacy, the western wall/window is clearly made of glass with higher magnification than the rest, because the sunlight that passes through has scorched any customer that has dared to cross through. The staff that work there are certainly nothing to boast about either, they had positioned many large frames of thin glass standing upright across the store. I was unlucky enough to walk into a couple dozen and was subsequently faxed a bill from their insurance company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a cat door installed by Upper Hutt glass, the glazier did not read the instructions and cut a hole to big for the cat door so I had to silicon glue it in the middle of the hole. When I complained I got an off hand email back saying that the hole is covered up so what's my issue. Use them at your own risk as if any thing goes wrong don't expect any resolution.
