★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi All, our exposed drive way of 290m2 and is in Tawa. Upper Hutt Ready Mix were contracted to supply 18m3 of exposed aggerate in 6% black oxide with FIBRE MESH! . But half way through, the 3rd truck turned up without oxide, which mean they has to return to upper hutt from tawa. This meant a cold joint (bad) had to be done in our new drive. (No excuses or apologies) then on the delivery dockets we find out a month later had NO fiber mesh included. This was major - however Upper Hutt simple disregarded this and thought nothing of it. This could have significant effect on the concrete drive and the amount of cracking but Upper Hutt Ready Mix didn't want to know. My opinion, if a contractor does not stand buy their product - STAY CLEAR. Use a trust worthy concrete supplier, not Upper Hutt Ready Mix!
