In 2015, with the arrival of the school’s current Principal, Mrs Jo Grant, the focus became preparing for the future. The community were consulted with widely. Whanau children and staff spent time identifying and discussing the values that they wanted the school to focus on. Values that would prepare and help shape children for their future. As a result of the consultation with the community, these key values were identified to focus on and foster:

β β β β β Another place I've never really been but the playground and fields were great as a kid on the weekends. The big metal slide was always a favourite.

β β β β β Nice place, but during the chlorine spill in march (i believe) They claimed the fire alarms went off, and ushered everyone out. Obvious lie, and the employees could've prevented this. 15 children suffocated on the slides. They survived, but it could have gone terribly wrong.
