Kathryn explains everything in layman's terms (often more than once!) and has been brilliant at giving us a heads up when there's something that we 'don't know that we don't know.' We're grateful that she has our back. Highly recommended :-)

β β β β β I haven't been with Upshot very long but two things are already clear. Firstly their fees are MUCH more palatable than the Auckland accountant I'd been with for years but I see that Upshot's service is every bit as good. Secondly, their newsletter is totally unique: tips, team profiles, client profiles, vendor profiles and referral winners! Well done the Upshot team.

Chris and Jill are very passionate about what they do and very early on I could tell that they genuinely love to help out small business owners, they want to see you succeed. No questions are too silly and they are always available to help! Even more so, they are very affordable and won't waste your money unnecessarily! Appreciate what you and your team have done for us!
