Customer service was 3/10 :(
The Japanese curry rice was too salty. 4/10
Would come back for the good range of songs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience I have ever seen. I've been waiting for 2 hours after we take the order. And the waiter just told me the item what we order was sold out if we didn't call the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We gave the waitresses a list of food we wanted, it was all written down and after an hour of only having received half our order we went to them and asked about the rest. They claimed to have not gotten any of the other orders. They also came back saying that most items were no longer on their menu.
The waitresses spoke almost no English which made talking to them very difficult.
The room was large and seated many people which was good for our requirements. The room appeared clean and the furniture looked nice.
The music selection wasn't awful. There was not a very large list of English songs, there was a lot of Beyonce and some ed Sheeran. Only a few modern pop songs. Most were older hits.
I was not disappointed but the experience could have been better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friends and I visited got denied from entry although we all had ids and even a passport as proof as well that we were of age!! The blonde guy at the Desk was extremely rude to us and the place smelt like smoke and gas too

I saw him let drunk customer get in car and drive home while we wait for him. Bad bad bad. Why you hire bad bouncer? Ruin my fave bar. I'm going to complaint to owner
