★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to VAPO this morning for the first time to buy a new tank after going to shosha and it not being open at the time it states. Really pleased I went, the man I saw was really knowledgeable and recommended a great tank. Great prices and great quality - the tank he recommended has been the best I’ve used so far, really good taste and easy to use. I appreciated the fact he went through how to use etc as was different from the one I currently have. For some reason I expected VAPO to be more expensive however it is better pricing. Will defiantly recommend and be buying from VAPO from now on.

Manager is very rude, told me I couldn’t have my faulty vape replaced because I no longer had the box it came in which is a breach of the consumer rights act. Unfortunately this isn’t the first distasteful experience I have had with vapo Wellington. I suggest giving said manager some customer service training. I’m not the only one who has had problems with him either. The only reason I’m giving it 1 star is because it won’t let me do less than that

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good prices and products available, nice and clean shop and was semi happy with my purchase.
But unfortunately it was the customer service I received that was a bit off. I went to buy a caliburn vape and a 25mg juice to go along with it. But I was refused any juice with nicotine in it, due to me not being a cigarette smoker before hand. I had been vaping for the last 6 months mostly using puff bars(50mg) because I never wanted to commit to a vape. I understand his concern for not wanting to give me a nicotine addiction and I appreciate it, but his way of telling me that was a bit rude, condescending and kind of belittling. Definitely felt like he didn’t want to serve me. It made me uneasy and not want to return because I am unsure of being able to receive a juice with nicotine in it.
But oh well, slightly annoying but good shop overall :)

Lovely service and very kind. It's obvious that they really know their stuff and we're very helpful. Largest variety of vape devices I've seen in a store and a lot of tempting e-liquids that I will definitely come back to try. They also have very good COVID restrictions, for anyone wondering about that.
