★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent products and prices, but sad customer service from the tired, bored and uninterested staff, at both Dunedin locations. If you don't want a downer, then shop online! Staff turnover is very fast also, so I imagine the owners/ managers aren't the easiest to deal with.

Jason was quick to respond with an offer to send a replacement and when I decided to buy a different system instead he sent me a refund in store credit. Super professional and kind, during lockdown no less! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for knowledgeable employees and perfect customer service, as well as a great range of products and online shopping even during the most stressful of circumstances (lockdown).
