Looking at her other reviews she has a history of treating customers this way and certainly lived up to her reputation in the town as a nasty piece of work , to be avoided at all costs! Not worth even one star rating

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife fully intended purchasing a bomber jacket at this store today and was meet with very rude uninterested staff. We were treated with total disrespect and contemp. Will not step foot in this shop again and suggest others do the same.

This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen.
I was a witness to the way a heavy set, mousey blonde staff member treated a member of the public and was horrified at the total lack of respect shown. A security alarm went off when the customer came in and again when the person left. The customer came back into the shop and the staff member treated the customer with absolute disrespect and WITHOUT permission proceeded to open the customers bag and pull everything out. I was so upset and shocked at the way the customer was treated like a criminal that the items I had in my hand were put back and I left. I will never step foot in this shop again.
